My back pain usually flares up after standing at work for a long time, since getting this device it's helped the pain alot, it's easy to use and carry so tend to use it on the drive home. Definitely works and am happy

My mum is elderly with knee pain due to arthritis and joint damage. She's seen the GP and specialist but doesn't want to do the surgery (knee replacement). I got her this to try because why not try and turns out it's worked a charm and her knee pain has gone down alot that she won't need surgery anymore. She puts it on everyday 3x a day and goes for a walk as exercise for the knee. Would recommend others try it out.

Works as expected, happy with the delivery. Helps with my back pain (disc bulges and arthritis). Delivered very quickly and packaged well inside too. Came with a nice thank you note alongside easy instructions to follow.

My current physio is good with exercises, however some physios I had in the past would just put a heat pack on me and massage gun or TENS my back for a total of 15-20min max. Now I can do the same myself and save myself physio money

The built-in heat, massage, and red light therapy makes this belt a 3-in-1 device. It's easier to use and lasts longer than a heatpack, I don't have to keep holding a massage gun to my back which is awkward, and the red light therapy helps my spine. The controls on the screen are very easy to use and comes with a handy lockscreen function to stop accidental presses. It has support pillars at the back to help with bracing of the back, whilst still being slim enough to fit under a hoodie or jacket. The highest temperature 60 degrees is quite hot even over a shirt, so care must be taken on that although the device turns off automatically after 20 minutes which is reassuring as I've falled asleep with it on. Overall, rating this 5 stars for it's ability to actually provide pain relief, it's multi-functionalities and ease of use. Highly worth it if you have chronic back pain like me. Cheers, Alan

I've tried many pills, injections, online massage tools and devices etc., and they've all not really done much. Still, my expectations were high for this and thankfully they were met well. The combination of heat and vibration really does relieve my back pain within less than 20 minutes (1 use). It's so convenient to use and charge, as you can carry it or wear it with you and it'll have multiple sessions worth of use in 1 charge. I usually wear it around the house even when it's off, as I like the support the brace provides and I just turn it on when I need the relief. Highly recommend this as an investment in your health and wellbeing. Those random massage tools might be interesting short-term, but this will be your best friend long-term.

I’ve had ongoing back pain for years, bulging discs and sciatica with it. Anyone with this for years will know that it wears you down, I've tried heat packs, medications, stretches… nothing really gave lasting relief. This back heater has honestly been a lifesaver.

The product reviews are accurate, but thought I'd mention that it's very silent even with massage mode on. Sometimes my knee pain wakes me up in the middle of the night and luckily this helps me fall back asleep without waking up my husband

Got stage 3 arthritis and walking was becoming impossible some days. I use this in the mornings and I can tell the difference. Not cured, but a hell of a lot more manageable.
