At PainRelieva, we stand behind the quality of our products — because your comfort and confidence matter.
That’s why we offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty on all PainRelieva devices from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
Our warranty protects you against any manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.
This includes:
- Faulty heating elements
- Defective vibration motors
- Non-functioning controllers or power systems
- Other mechanical or electrical faults not caused by misuse
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (e.g. scratches, stains, fraying)
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or modification
- Water damage or improper cleaning
- Issues caused by unauthorised repairs or tampering
- Damage from power surges or improper charging
Warranty Period
Your coverage lasts 24 months from the original date of purchase.
Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is faulty, here’s what to do:
1. Email us at info@painrelieva.com with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence (if possible)
2. Our team will assess your claim and get back to you within 2-3 business days.
3. If approved, we’ll offer:
- A free replacement unit, or
- Repair instructions, or
- A refund, depending on the issue
Note: you may be asked to return the faulty product before receiving a replacement or refund. In this case, return shipping costs may be covered if the claim is approved.
Additional Notes
- All devices must be used in accordance with the user manual and safety instructions.
- This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective on delivery, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you promptly.
