At PainRelieva, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and deliver your products.

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way. Please note: During peak periods, public holidays, or promotional sales, dispatch times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Times (Australia)

We offer free standard shipping via Australia Post for all orders over $99. Express shipping is also available at checkout for faster delivery.

Delivery times are based on the estimates provided by Australia Post.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries, such as USA, Canada, UK, and New Zealand. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination and weight and are thus calculated at checkout.

Important Notes:

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes in their country.
  • Delivery times may be impacted by customs delays, which are outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your parcel through the carrier's website (e.g. Australia Post or international courier).

If you don’t receive tracking details within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or email us at info@painrelieva.com.

Delivery Issues or Delays

We always do our best to meet delivery expectations, but unfortunately, we cannot control delays once your parcel leaves our warehouse. We are not liable for:

  • Shipping delays caused by couriers
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed
